Re: C4 vs C3 Aircross Petrol Stats..

What I would say, having had a poke around the C3 Aircross while my car was having a check up, is the general shape is infinitely more practical. The boot is lower, the light cluster doesn't eat into the boot aperture and the headroom is much better. Personally I actually prefer the interior on the ...

Re: new c4 cactus

I so far have been averaging around 48mpg after 9 months and 9500 miles. 50/50 split of 70mph motorway and the inner city in Southampton (IE, full throttle to evade the taxis!). There's absolutely no way you'll get the manufacturer test average; best I've had is 54mpg on a very long flat motorway ru...

Re: Problems playing music from Spotify via cable

Yes I know. But this is 2018, they have to Update The software. It is not the cable, i have tried the original cable when I bought the iPhone x. Maybe I just glue A iPad on top of the smeg, and some bluetooth speakers and sub 🤣🤣🤣. Then I also have navigation I prefer an old blaupunkt radio with cas...

Re: Greetings!

Welcome welcome.

I am fascinated to see how you get on with the EAT6. I assume it's a turbo 110 with the auto box? As I do mainly stop start traffic in the city I have been eyeing up the possibility of getting an EAT6 when the next Cactus model comes out so would love to hear your thoughts!

Re: 110 owners

I've noticed a very very slight lack of the usual "boostiness" when the engine is very cold or hasn't been used in a while in my 110. I put it down to the ECU and other engine management gubbins treating the engine cautiously until up to temperature or sufficiently juiced up with whatever it needs m...

I think you've definitely got the pick of the engines and trims. That camera is far more useful than I ever thought it would be!

Re: Diesel

I similarly had a good chat with the dealer when I bought my Cactus a few weeks ago. They had seen, on a rough estimate, a 50% drop in the interest in diesel vehicles. For quite some time now most Citroen's have been sold as Diesels, why wouldn't they when PSA group diesel engines are extremely good...

Re: 82 vs 110

I'm shocked by the Peugeot MPG. We had one on the company fleet not long ago for one of the junior reps and it did 45mpg around town, 50 on a longer run. Did do about 12000 miles a year though.

Re: Dealers -Good or Bad?

One of our fleet drivers for goes having a company car for tax purposes and bought an Insignia from Evans Halshaw in Portsmouth. After being in the garage no less than 23 times in 3 years, he had the system cleaned out with one of those dpf treatments recently. They found the EGR valve was actually ...

Re: Dirt cheap Feel 82

I urge extreme caution with Richmond. We bought a DS4 from then some years back, as we are local to the area, where they had deliberately hidden some quite extensive damage to the car (electric mirrors, power steering issues and a dpf that was useless as well as undercarriage evidence it had been in...
