The old IAT antifreeze was green and hasn't been used in modern cars for many years so you will have OAT type which is usually red or pink but is sometimes blue. The car should not vibrate when stationary - my car is so quiet on tickover that I sometimes don't notice if the stop start is operating or not. Ask the dealer to let you try another example so you can see if there is a difference.

The TPMS will monitor the tyre pressures but they have to be set correctly in the first place!

Yes, I'm sure you've made a good job of it - it's just me, I don't like any after market alterations. I've only just noticed you have a C6 which is a very rare car in the UK.

If I were buying a second-hand car (which luckily I'm not) I would steer clear of one which had been subjected to DIY wiring by a previous owner. Changing a car from standard spec or factory fitted options is usually bad news for resale value.

Gosh, I'm glad I don't have a smartphone, I'm happy with the radio if I want some music and don't see the point of updating maps - this obsession with having the latest firmware seems to create a lot of angst!
