Re: Rev Counter / 2019 Cactus Feel 1.2 110

It's really easy to install a rev counter with a OBD connector, just plug and play basically. Only takes a bit of effort to get the wiring tucked away neatly ..depending where you like to mount your display.

Is it possible on the mk1 cactus? If not laminated sheet stuck to the dash for me.
Yes it's very easy to do so,
*Press configuration (top right on tablet)
*select "system settings"
*then select "units" which gives you 3 options and it will change to either metric or imperial.

Hope this helps.

Re: Questions about C4 Cactus (and comparing new 2018 model to older ones).

Hi Hardus77, Please bear in mind that spec levels in the UK are different compare to the models sold in Europe. DAB is very common in the UK spec models, I believe also the entry level model does have DAB. Also small upgrades or changes have been made over the years, for example I have the Diesel 20...

Re: Doors locking 1 min after unlocking

I can't comment if this regards the new Cactus but my 65 plate will not re lock if I open any door or the boot within a minute.
If I well remember in the "driving assistance" menu on the screen there is a sub menu with vehicle settings for lights and selective locking/unlocking.

Cover for rear view mirror.

Hi all, I'm looking to replace the plastic piece which covers the rear view mirror mount on the wind screen. I was at the dealer but the parts guy wasn't very interested to find the part number let alone to order it today (or any soon). Is there anyone on here who could get me the part number or can...

I think it's like the "caution wet paint" sign.
Even when the complementary smell is present there will always be certain individuals who can't resist checking it.

Re: Squeak on bumpy roads

I have owned a Ford Focus which was notorious for squeaking sounds when going over bumps or uneven roads, at first thought it could be suspension or anything related but it turned out the rubber seals for the rear doors. Some talcum powder solved the issue.
