Re: Latest firmware

Yes, unzip and there should then just be one folder on the root of the USB called "SMEG_PLUS_UPG".

Re: Glass roof

On a really sunny day if you put your hand on the inside of the glass roof it's hot, if you do the same on a conventional roof it isn't. My understanding is that the tinted / coated roof just absorbs the UV rays directly instead of allowing them to pass through into the interior of the car so in ess...

Re: General Engine Dysfunction

So I finally had chance to try and move this one forward and have an update. I found a local diagnostics place with Lexia (Auto Diagnostic Services in Leeds) and booked the car in with them. They carried out some initial checks and, in their words, "found faults in the engine ECU for additive ECU an...

Re: Air Con - Gas Type? R1234yf? / Air Conditioning Refresh

OK, next question - the air con was working perfectly yesterday. On Sunday when it wasn't the car needed fuel, Citroen wouldn't disable the air con to save fuel when the warning light comes on would they? I think it's doubtful. I had to do a 15 mile trip in our C3 on Monday when it was hot, and as ...

I used the groupon code twice last year and they did it properly = vac out and refill and print out .
I booked my other car in too, when I logged in to Groupon I noticed my last refill with ATS was only £28 a couple of years ago, I need to get into the air con business I think :)

Re: Air Con - Gas Type? R1234yf? / Air Conditioning Refresh

Thanks for the replies and clarification, their use of the phrase "Air Conditioning Refresh" seems at odds with every other company doing air con work who tend to go with the more obvious "antibacterial treatment" that's generally an extra £10 rather than £30 more  I've had a couple of older ca...

Re: obd2 plug location?

As above, it's passenger side on a RHD car, but be careful pulling the cover off, in their infinite wisdom someone at Citroen seems to have designed the clips better than the plastic arms they're mounted on and if you're too forceful pulling them out or not quite aligned when putting it back on you ...

Air Con - Gas Type? R1234yf? / Air Conditioning Refresh

Would I be right to presume that the Cactus will use R1234yf gas in the air con system rather than R134a? I've checked the manual and even looked under the bonnet as I expected a sticker as per all my other cars but there was nothing. Additionally do any of you know what the "Air Conditioning Refres...

Re: Citroën C4 Cactus Racing.

Very nice, with the right engine this would be a great little hot hatch.
