white envelope near pollen filter?

anyone else have a large white envelope in the air vent under the the windscreen on the other side to the pollen/passenger filter or know what said envelope might be? ... seems quite well stuck down, so might not be there by accident, maybe some kind of dessicant?

to avoid paying more than you need... do everything yourself; the biggest job in both cost and time with any normal 'service' is the oil change - getting the car up, remove the sump guard, draining the engine, changing the oil filter, filling with fresh and good quality oil, and back to road ready -...

Sorry for the belated thanks - you are very kind and helpful!

So, for my blueHdi the oil is 0-30w, right? because i'm fairly sure i can't find the oil requirements specified anywhere in the manuals!
