Speakers

Hi, I have a 2015 Feel 100blueHDi. Im thinking about changing my front speakers. There seems to be a fair bit of distortion and resonance when enjoying rock music. I was going to try some sound deadening material in the doors but then thought while its all apart, I may as well put better speakers in...

Re: RPM - anyone tried?

If you want to add a rev counter to your car you can get a head up display (HUD) for about 30 quid which will project engine speed as well as any other info you may want to add to your windscreen. Scosche make one which you can buy in halfords which I've been tempted to fit, because like you I find ...

Re: Steering wheel airbag removal

Thanks Jacque. I'm not sure if I lost something in the translation or if you were thinking of a different model, but for future reference, this is how I eventually did it. Disconnect the positive on the battery and leave for 20 min. The steering column shroud has to come off and is held on by 2 torx...

Steering wheel airbag removal

Hi Does anyone know how to remove the steering wheel airbag? My recently purchased 16 plate cactus had paint chipped volume and cruise control buttons. Its white underneath so really stands out. I've bought replacements from an online breaker, but now I come to swap them over I'm a little stumped. O...

Re: Diesel auto mpg

Thanks, that's what I suspected. It's just that a lot of the threads on here from new owners refered to the amazing fuel consumption they were getting (although none defined what they were actually getting) so I was wondering.

Cheers

Re: Diesel auto mpg

I've just bought a cactus diesel (although it is a manual) and am finding mpg to be high 50s over mixed driving, even with me trying really hard to be economical. Tyre pressures are optimal I shift up as soon as possible and scarcely exceed 60mph. I bought it with 85k on the clock, so wondered if th...
