Re: Please help

We average about 68 mpg with our BlueHDi 100 and now it has run approx. 53000 miles. This consumption is fairly fixed regardless of weather and conditions. However, it is difficult to improve consumption without driving too slowly compared to other traffic, but with a little effort we can achieve a ...

Re: firmware update for touch screen.

I am a software engineer and 25 years of experience taught me to be careful about data files, programs and systems that lack satisfactory documentation. The point here is not whether a friendly person offers data files to your car's systems, but at the same time does not provide documentation for wh...

Re: firmware update for touch screen.

I have to admit that I am quite skeptical about how this update of firmware for the car works. Citroën obviously has no official site on the web where you can download files verified by the car manufacturer (at least no page that is generally available to the car owners). Instead, you can download s...

Re: Next Cactus or not?

The car that we saw filmed in a Youtube movie a few days ago (probably a recording of a commercial movie - and shortly later taken away from Youtube) was quite similar to the car in the picture in this thread. Whether this is a new version of Cactus or a new C4 remains to be seen.

Re: Next Cactus or not?

I like it, but it does not have as much character as the original. I think it's typical Citroën to change quite a bit on version two of a car model, but that it's the first version that often becomes the most interesting in a historical perspective. This applies especially to older models such as CX...

Re: Road trip reliability

It is very satisfying to hear that others also have a nice experience with the C4 Cactus. Our BlueHDi 100 has now driven 85000 Km (about 53000 miles) completely without any problems (except for a rather early replacement of the rear disc brakes due to rust). We have been on long trips to Norway, Ger...

Re: firmware update for touch screen.

I have SMEG 5.1.F.R4 dated February 21, 2014 as well as Display Version 30.10. What's really the difference between these revisions of the firmware and the current revision? Are there any visible differences in user interface or are there new and better features? Is there a historical documentation ...

Re: Cannot get Spotify to play through Bluetooth or usb

When it comes to playing music via the USB system connection, the problem may be that you have not downloaded at least one song in iTunes. If this is not done, iOS will for some reason report errors when trying to play music (the iOS music app, Spotify, etc.) via the USB system connection in the car...

Re: Citroën C4 cactus phase II tournage spot TV

It looks bolder, wider and more in line with today's design line from Citroën. I like the new design :)
