Just got an issue with our 2015 Cactus after re-filling the Urea tank (2000 km left on the countdown). Urea warning and countdown disappeared after re-filling. After about 15-20 km of driving the engine failure warning was activated, followed by emission failure warning and urea light lit. I understand that there are various known issues to the urea system on these cars, but wondering if anybody has experienced this straight after re-filling? Just a coincidence?

I will borrow a diagnostic computer from a friend to check the fault codes, hopefully it is not an expensive fix…

Connected a diagnostic computer today, fault code is P20E8, which seems to be a common issue on these cars. is there really no other fix than replacing the adblue tank? I think it is really strange that this happended right after re-filling the tank...

I tried to delete the error, lasted for a few km before it came back.

I have read about some filler cap issues, what is the case there, lack of ventilation causing vacum in the tank?

My symptoms started in the same way, to this day I can't quite understand why putting diesel in would do this though as it's the EOLYS that does something when you add fuel, Adblue should be an ongoing thing as you drive no matter the refill status.

I presume you've already seen my story but yours sounds to be similar (I had it twice, the first time a stuck injector issue was fixed temporarily but the problem came back) and a call to Citroën on your local contact number should hopefully get this sorted for you once a dealer gas carries out a diagnostic check.

Keep us posted on this please because I'd love to suddenly find out about a way to fix this without a complete tank replacement.

أهلاً . لدي نفس المشكلة. أنا لا أعرف ما يجب القيام به . قم بتشغيل الضوء بعد ملء خزان الوقود. ارجو المساعدة ماذا افعل؟
