Hi folks! Happy to find a Catus forum :)

I got my Cactus this monday, e-HDi 90 ETG, red with black rubber, black rims and glass roof.
Looks cool and very happy with it so far!

It replaced a 2007 Grand C4 Picasso 1.6 HDi ETG.

Plans for the next weeks:
- Find a nice roof box / ski box that fits AND match the cars design / colors.
- Tune the engine (ECU / software, not powerbox), to 120 Hp, 300 Nm.
Tire Car Vehicle Wheel Hood

Best regards from Norway!

Hi Thomazzo! Welcome and congratulations on your Cactus! I want to hear some more news, specially about the ECU tuning... Post a video, if possible!
I'm still waiting for mine to arrive...

ECU-Tuning done!
It got approx +35bhp and + 70Nm with new software (not powerbox).

The result was beyond my expectations. Very good so far.
The biggest surprise is that gearshifts is "smoother" than before.
Remarkably stronger (holds a higher gear longer / fewer gearshifts down). More responsive and faster accelerations in 3-6th gear.

That's great, but in my opinion is a bit strong, especially the 70Nm... Do you think the clutch can handle it? Do you have the power graphics (before/ after tuning)?
A video like this would be great!

Time will show! So far no problems or bad symphtoms at all.
The Grand C4 Picasso with the ETG6-gearbox handles 270 Nm, I have "only" 30 more than that ;-)
The ECU-tuning has taken into account that the car has ETG6 (different tuning if a manual gearbox)

How long a clutch lasts depends most of the drivers style (especially with the ETG-box).
My last Grand C4 Picasso had no "clutch-veakness" when I sold it after 220.000 Km.

@demoura: I'm happy to record some accelerations-videos (0-100 / 60-120 km/h etc).
Do you know any iPhone-apps that does that??

You car looks great!

I ma interested in the tuning software you've had done. Was it a local place or is it something we can buy online?

No, I don't know any app that does that at the same time.... But you can try the PocketDyno to see the 0-100 time... I think it's pretty good!....

@Rob: I used a local tuner here in Norway: TS-Racing / TS Technology. They are one of the best tuners in Norway.
They needed the car in their workshop for 3 hours to do the tuning and testing.

Will the retune affect the warranty? Would be interested in finding out about it if it doesn't.
