Hi just picked a 2016 car and I have got the same bluetooth mic issue that many have experienced.

I can hear the other person through the spaekers but they cant hear me, its as though the MIC has been disconnected, tried android and IOS phones both the same.

Tried various settings and had no joy

Please advise what I am doing wrong or what could be the issue
