I wanted to know if there is Video in option in the cactus touchscreen to add reverse camera to the car

No there isn't. The biggest issue you will have is that it is against type approval regs to have a video (live or otherwise) playing whilst the car is in motion.

What would be really useful for those of us who already have the factory fitted reversing camera would be a recording function while the car is driving (obviously with no display on the screen) so that it could act as a rear facing dash cam....

Trouble is the cam is directed towards the ground and focused near to the rear of the car.

Having fitted a forward facing dash cam getting a 12v supply was a real struggle let alone trying to find one in the rear!
