The seller said it they would fit a cactus. I would check but I don't have my cactus yet

No they don't.

I would be careful buying these, on my previous C4 they had the hole for door puddle lights and the wiring (they were standard on the exclusive) and many people in my C4 club fitted official Citroen lights (they were the same as the boot light) but were never able to get them to work even after taking them to dealers to see if they needed to be enabled via Lexia, no one had any luck other than those who decide to rewire them independently which was a lot off hard work.

I am not saying it cannot be done, it may be easier on the Cactus but the again. :x
