SMEG+ upgrade to Satnav

Hi Folks,

Appreciate this is an old post but followed it so far and now I'm stuck after the local Dealership screwed me over by agreeing to do the Sat Nav enabling for me when I took out a 3 year plan and software update - only for me to get a scribble saying "this head unit doesn't support sat-nav" after I'd paid for everything

I bought a 2016 C4 Cactus (Diesel) in December which came with the B2 stereo fitted.
I bought a 2nd hand H2 stereo which I fitted myself, installed an extra DAB ariel and GPS ariel.
Stereo and all previous controls all worked after the new stereo was fitted
As expected, the BSI started beeping straight away.

Took it into my Citroen dealer and told them what I wanted "I need the stereo coded to the car so it stops beeping and I neeed the Sat Nav enabled".

I pick my car up after the service and they say "Service is done, stereo's not beeping now but we couldn't do the software update - you'll need to book that in later to do the SatNav enabling". So after paying the ÂŁ449 for the service plan I'd agreed to only if they enabled the satnav, I left and dropped it back today.

Picked it up today after "It's all done an ready for you to collect" phone call only for me to get there and as I'm putting my card in for payment they tell me "Oh we couldn't do the sat nav as it's not supported by that head-unit".

Are they BS'ing me or do I genuinely need the head-unit (Display Screen) to be replaced as well as installing the H2 stereo? Reading this post it seemed pretty clear that I only needed to replace the B2 with the H2 - and Citroen should be able to enable this for me.

I'm beyond livid with them for waiting until they'd taken ÂŁ500 of my hard earned to tell me that they couldn't do the only thing I brought the car to them to do in the first place - despite them telling me several times they coud.

But any advice anyone can give me on whether I need to shell out on another display screen would be really apprecaited.
