Please look under your pacia. It seems that my cactus is missing two facia sound proofing panels?!
one under the steering wheel and one under the passenger's side of the facia.
My wife noticed this when she pushed her feet up and touched the wires there.
see in the picture. Parts 12 and 13 are missing.

Could be they are fitted only to the Diesel model?

The panels must have been stolen when the car was in PDI process.
I'm waiting for their acceptance of responsibility and replenishing the missing panels.
What's worrying me now, what else is missing?

Could someone please upload a photo of these parts as I think I'm a victim of Citroën's cost/ weight reducing program :(

if you miss part 12 &13, it means you have a wiiide hole in front of your knees making wires appear....
12&13 are NOT under panel, they are at lower FRONT.

Pants 12 and 13 are called " facia panel sound proofing " and they are located under the facia. They are made of thick pressed fabric to function as a sound proof panel.
Most turbo petrol and diesel cars imported to Israel are missing these parts. I do not understand why, but the dealer has replenished them in my car with no argument at all and in no time.
When I asked myself "what else is missing ", I have discovered that a cargo net should have been located in the boot according to the Service site. Also, I found out that the mats in the car are not the original ones, those that are contoured with Habana colored PU, but some black After Market mats sold as a Citroen accessory. Both items were replenished by the dealer accordingly.
