The official spare carries a 185/65 R15 tyre. A road wheel will not fit into the well

A full size wheel of any sort WILL not fit into the wheel well on a diesel, as it has the container for the goat piss under it. The petrol hasn"t so it will.

I reckon a steel wheel or alloy with a 195x60x17 should fit, as I have a 205x60x16 in mines and the back carpet needed to be lifted 5cm to get it to fit in and not rub on boot carpet.

My 2015 diesel has a full size steel spare wheel.
This was discovered while the salesman was telling me the car didn’t have a spare!
