BIG plans for my Cactus in the spring!

BIG plans for my Cactus in the spring!

I´ ve decided to give myself a birthday present this year: A CACTUS TUNING  !
There´ s a company (luckily) only about only 40km from where I live on this island, who specializes in stage 1 tuning, and they also offers this on CACTUS!!!
The price is 4500 dkr which is around 600 euros. and for the money you get:

-35 extra HP
-63 extra nm of torque

So when done the Cactus will deliver 145 HP and a staggering 270 Nm. :)

I will give you an update when it´ s done folks.

Ok that was cheap! And no problems with MOT, insurance or anything? And it´ s remapping/optimzation and not chipped, right? The price in my case includes everything, and is with 5 years warranty. They say it will take around 3-4 hours to do. And how does it feel to drive now, hehe? I know it´ s a lot of questions...

Cheers from Jakob

Not had MOT since job done. Say it should be ok.
Insurance has gone up a little, some companies don't charge.
Done via OBD.
Took 1.25 hrs.
Lifetime guarantee.
Certified to 145bhp. 270Nm (200ft/lbs).
Much improved pick-up.less gear changes.
Lot more fun!
Don't do if you still have warranty on the car Citroen won't want to know ( if they find out).
Happy to take the risk as Quantum will cover up to £10000 if it screws up the engine. Might be difficult to prove though! Probably won't cover a new turbo😄😄😄

interesting!
might need to keep an eye on the clutch: i think the 5-speed system is rated below 200lbs/ft as all the puretech 130 engines use the 6-speed with uprated clutch.
