Front bumper/bonnet protection.

Post by skillk01 » Mon Nov 06, 2017 2:58 am

Now that winter is here what can be done to protect that face lol. Rather large front end going to get hammered with salt etc on motorway during winter months. Was thinking of clear vinyl or similar anybody got ideas.

I guess you mean the paint will get quite som beating? Paint then being scratched after a few seasons. Plastic or no plastic (or aluminium - bonnet?)

BTW; Hello, I am new here. When I found the forum, I just had to join. Have just received our new Cactus, less than a week ago. Most bells and whistles mounted, Rip Curl, 110BHP, petrol, Baltic Blue.
Love it. It's better than what it was when we tried it at the car dealer.
I have had a load of classic Citroëns through time.
