MyCitreon App

Hi guys. I own a Cactus 2014 model and I'm having problems with the MyCitreon app. I mean, I cannot sync it with the car,my phone is connected via Bluetooth with the car,but I don't get any updates from the car,like the mileage,routes or car's position. Are you using the app or did you know how I can fix this issue ?

Works fine on my 2019 Cactus. Are you sure it works with a 2014? Have you tried uninstalling the App, deleting the phone Bluetooth link to the car, then reinstalling the App?

I use it with my 2017 Cactus Rip Curl and sometimes it doesn't sync right away, but when it does it syncs all my drives. It's probably an app bug, try reconnecting bluetooth.

Agree it's very buggy. Sometimes won't sync for days, but when it does it downloads the "missing " days journeys.
However now I've added my C3 Aircross. Chaos. C4 journeys show in C3 and vice versa. At the moment my C4 showing as needing first service, which is strange because it was done 3 years ago. And the C3 has already done 33,000 miles despite us only having it for 2 months.
Just have to laugh🤪
