Mpg reading

Post by Robi55 » Sat Oct 05, 2019 6:57 pm

Hello All
So I just picked up a new Cactus Flair this afternoon and a splendid thing it is. Have only driven it home so far and the dealer gave me a very good vehicle handodver but I forgot to ask how to navigate into where I find ongoing MPG. I assume its part of the Citroen Connect system. Can anyone advise please? Thanks! :D

Looking at the User Manual for 2018 models onwards (as available online at http://service.citroen.com/ACddb/ ) it's explained on pages 27-28.
Its not necessary to have Citroen Connect running.

As far as I know all Citroens can display mpg, but where it is displayed varies. Try pressing the button on the end of the wiper stalk. This scrolls through mpg, mileage covered, instantaneous consumption etc. When you find it and want to reset it, press the button and hold for several seconds

Thanks for the replies.Pretty much everything on the 2018 model with Connect works off the central screen so to get the data you have to navigate car apps, then trip info and there it is. The button on the end of the wiper stalk cann also be used once in the right app. 250 miles old and mainly urban journeys and it's returning 44mpg, which is a very good start. I would expect to see over 50mpg with mixed use and once the engine has a few miles on it.
