App not reading data

Hi,
Just bought a C4 2016 Cactus. My phone is connected to the car but the My App is not receiving any data. All I get is the screen telling my how to connect.
Any ideas?
2016 flair edition in purple with panaramic roof. Diesel automatic.

I have the same problem. All was working until 12.12.19 but no data transfer since. A couple of days ago I had a screen pop up asking for a review of the app. I explained the issue. I wonder if it was a software update gone wrong? It would be nice to get some response but I won't hold my breath.
1.2 Puretech 110 Flair, Blue Lagoon, black air bumps, black roofbars, sunroof.
Added spare wheel, rubber mat set, boot liner, front and rear mudflaps

Hi. Same here, no data transfer since December.

Same here. Working fine then just stopped🤔

Must be an app problem then judging by the amount of complaints on the app store!

I've had the same, removing and re-installing the app got it back working for me on iOS.

I tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalled but it made no difference. It might be a problem with Android systems

E mail reply from Citroen today. They are aware of a problem with the App and there will be an update which should resolve it. However, they can't give any date for the update.

Android working fine on ours.
Cactus Flair 2019, PureTech 1.2 S&S 110 EAT6 auto. Pearl White with Black "Cross" Alloy Wheels.
