There are many posts on several forums regarding this issue, all seeming to occur only in 2016 cars. It is occuring on C4 Picassos, C3 Aircross and C4 Cactus. The issue seems to be related to the 'radio' system. Some report it only happens when tuned to DAB, some when it is being used for Blueooth streaming. May be worth trying this out to see if you can tie it down a bit. Just remember that Citroen don't like being tols what is wrong from internet forums!

 

It was definitely happening when using DAB and had my phone on BT and plugged in, so i'll troubleshoot and see. Thanks.

 

I'm having the same issue. It may just be related to BBC DAB stations. Sadly I tried to update the map software and I now have a permanent fault pop-up as well. So I'm doing well.
